Daily Outfit – Running Christmas Errands
Today’s outfit comes courtesy of one of my Facebook friends! She’d found this sweater which used to belong to her mother and kindly sent it to me for a new, loving home.
It is a cotton knit by “Meredith” with a great batwing sleeve and an unusual 3D floral motif. I love this sleeve length too, just perfect for this strange in between weather we’re having in Melbourne. It is going from delightful and sunny one day, to hailing the next! I am quite literally changing between chiffon dresses and cashmere sweaters the following day. Living here makes you fashionably versatile if nothing else.

I keep hearing how hectic everyone’s holiday season is already, and so much complaining about how hard it is to shop at this time of year. Me? I’m loving it! I’m taking every spare minute to indulge in new projects, film new tutorials for you, go adventuring at markets and op shops, as well as kick back to watch Christmas movies with my family. This was all made possible by my overly enthusiastic approach to Christmas where I began planning in October, shopping on November 1st, and had all my gifts finalised and wrapped by December 1st!! Yes Sir, I planned to spend my Holiday season truly enjoying it and I’m so grateful I did!
Are you as hyper excited about the season as I am?
