I’m so often asked to come and participate in different events in other cities around Australia and this time I am pleased to say I am heading somewhere I’ve never been before. I will be in Hobart this May! I’ll be joining the Lindy Charm School Mistresses for an action packed weekend of classes and there are still a few places left. So if you’re in Hobart on Saturday 22nd May, come along and join us to learn how to Style Your Hair, Perfect Your Pout and Pose with Perfection!
I can’t tell you how excited I am to be heading to Tasmania as I hear that not only are the locals a delightful bunch, but also that the vintage shopping is to die for! Yes a full report will be in order as will loads of photos and no doubt Tweets over the weekend.
So please, if you’re in Hobart that weekend, make sure to book in to spend the morning with myself and the Mistresses in vintage heaven.
Facebook Event here or visit the official Lindy Charm School site here.

Enjoy!

OHHH! I love the Lindy Charms School Ladies. I’d love for them to venture here to the West.
Have a fabulous time! I have never been but my partner has been twice and raves about it, mostly the food. I’m sure you are going to have a blast!
What a great idea. I’ve never heard of LCS, but it sounds wonderful..hmmmm maybe I should get to Hobart before 22 May, and before all the great vintage finds are snapped up
Looking forward to hearing about your adventures. Lorri xx
I hope you have tons of fun in Tassie – it’s a very picturesque place! And don’t forget to sample as much local food and wine as possible as it’s truly top notch.
I’d send you down to my parents’ vineyard but they’re about an hour’s south of Hobart and you probably wont have time
I didn’t do any vintage shopping in Tas but my hubby and I LOVED it there, such a nice place to visit
I’ve done the LCSFG 3 times now in Canberra and love it more every time. Chrissie and her gang are just amazing and then some. They even got me hooked on SKM!
If you’ve ever wondered how to create vintage looks, these girls a must for beginners and experienced people alike. I learn something new every time I go and will probably go to the next Canberra session in August! If you’re in Hobart, it’s worth going.
It’s a pity the Cadbury factory don’t do tours any more though. sigh.
I was DEVASTED when I read my LCSFG’s flyer about the Tassie classes – as I’m flying out to Melbourne that Saturday morning! grrrrr.
Imagine how sad I was when I read on there you were coming too SKM. I was wondering when you were going to mention it on here.
Yes, the vintage shopping is great, Hobart is a fantastic place. Let me know if I can help with any recommendations
I just wanted to say, As a person from Hobart, That i hope you enjoy what our quiet little city has to offer

)
I’ve never heard of the Lindy Charms School Ladies before reading your blog (which i stumbled onto by looking for hair and make up tutes and all things vintage) so I might have to look for a Baby sitter and join in..
I’ve had a great time reading through your blog, and can’t wait to see what goodies you pick up on your Hobart trip, (and hope for store names and directions
Ok, I know there’s absolutely no way I can make it, but I’m just so pleased I’m back online and able to catch up on all I’ve missed! Glee!
