There is a vintage shop near my work place in China Square Central.
SIS Style & Fashion. They have a variety of new dresses and vintage fashion from Japan and US.

They also sell vintage display items and movies statues!

its alittle out of the way but still very worth the trip
the handbag selection is the best in singapore and not expensive

what a fab find. i was lucky when my dad found dejavu vintage in singapore and brought me back a handmade necklace. they stock a variety of stuff apparently, and have a flickr page showing new stock.
