I did take a short dress making course at Tafe, but all of my other formal fashion training has been more in the business and media area rather than paterrn making and the like. I've learnt somuch about garment construction, fabrics etc.. through being a vintage fashion collector as well as the daughter of a mother who sewed all the time when I was growing up. Much of what you see here is the result of many years failures and blind stupidity / bravery, that eventually turned to success! lol.
