Some evenings call for upping the drama stakes just a tad. Well, truth be told, I look for any opportunity to up the drama stakes, but the guy at the grocery store can only take so much. So when I was invited to attend an Evening of Illusion (read awesome magic show), I just had to give this jacket a go. It is one part Twilight and two parts Labyrinth, (the later being more the speed of my generation) hence the theatrical photos.

Twilight and True Blood can keep their Vampires in hoodies.. this is how a modern Vamp should be dressing.

What a jacket! I think Cue has a gold and black jacket out this season that is along the same lines. I’m actually inspired to go and buy it now. I hope the night of magic was a spectacle to behold
just have not bothered with this teen vampire craze – love this look though so much more vampire chic than a hoodie!
I completely agree. You are such a babe!
Howdy…I agree wholeheartedly…vampires should be hawt. Not ordinary. And that jacket is the bees knees! My first thought was Alice in Wonderland. A cross between Alice and the Mad Hatter.
Ooh I can just see you next to Bowie and a hoard of goblins! Very magical.
Yes! I never understood why the Twilight-inspired fashions were so dumpy. You’ve done the vamp up right — that jacket is sublime!
ooh, I likey the jacket! I was thinking, for some reason, of sexy-ringmaster-turned-vampire
Out of professional curiosity (I spend my days pimping out my magician husband) who did you see?
What is that lipstick? It is gorgeous!
whoaaaa that jacket is amazing, I love the stripes and the structure!
Stunning jacket.
again, I LOVE that shirt! Entrance? tell me where!
Awesome outfit SKM!
Well, I’D certainly let you have a go at my jugular.
Great Jacket. Ah Labyrinth great movie apart from David Bowie’s tights.
Does the jacket make you the Babe with the Power?
I love the jacket!
Now WHO took these Pics! They are so suffused with light yet so simultaneously crepuscular… I’m in awe.
oh, that jacket. You look incredible!
Yes yes yes….your blog is a true gem and…. me like like like! I leave a swedish footprint behind me!
Peace & Love

Love the jacket and stockings!
That jacket is just DIVINE!! And the stockings pick out the fuschia in the jacket beautifully
Really like the black frilly shirt and the shoes too. I love these more theatrical looks of yours!
That jacket is absolutely fabulous. It has a very grand look about it.
Very nice post. Thanks for sharing this.
