Daily Outfit – Paris and Tokyo
A good outfit should make you happy. It should put a smile on your face and a spring in your step. It doesn’t have to make your butt look smaller or your legs longer (although that is nice too), but a good outfit is always, always one that makes you glow from the inside out. And that was what today’s outfit is for me.
For a morning out doing errands, buying fabric for projects and getting started on the Christmas list; I needed something that put me in a Christmas-y mood. What better way to do that than by opening a gift I bought for myself and giving them their very first outing! These amazing shoes are by Le Pommier and are a one of a kind (sorry guys). I came across them in Singapore (yet again) and wanted to bring home several pairs in different styles. Alas, my bags we so over full I could only fit one pair, but you know where my first stop will be next time I get there!
Outfit Details:
Shirt – Zara Skirt – Sass
Shoes – Le Pommier
Lipstick – AVON suede
Nails – by me!

Wow! It’s been a while since a Daily Outfit post, but you’re cute as usual, and making me long for warmer climes and sunnier days than I’m getting at the moment.
Cheers!
~Paige
I LOVE the back of your skirt! I don’t usually like denim skirts, but this is a different story! Did you do that?
Oh my gosh I have that skirt too!!! LOVE the whole outfit
Wow!!! Your shoes are awesome!!!
*sqeals with delight* Those shoes! I am speechless!

Cute – shoes are awesome! I am so behind my Christmas Schedule this year, must get a move on.
Love that shirt! I assume you bought it on your travels. Zara dont have an Australian stockist do they?
Super gorgeous! I wish I had a collection of clothing as amazing as yours!
Rosie: Then like me, you would have storage issues!
Jo: Yep, it was Zara in Singapore. None in Aus yet.
Megan: Wow ! I’ve never seen another one of these skirts. Do you catch you heels in the lace too?
Johanna: No I didn’t do it myself, but it could be easily done. It is a heavy weight cotton crochet lace panel.
Paige: I know! Bad blogger! I keep on running out of times in the morning to photograph, but I promise to move it up the priority list.
Candice, YES!! I get my heels caught all the time! And I haven’t seen another like it before either! A really good friend of mine found it on sale in David Jones a few years ago and knew I’d love it, so she bought it as a gift – I’m so grateful for such thoughtful friends!
Your hair looks splendid! The blonde swirled at the front of the rolls genuinely made me gasp with delight.
I absolutely adore the shoes!! they’re so cute
I love this outfit! The shoes look fun, and I especially love the top.
Love it all! Just adorable.

I love your blog. The pictures are awesome. Do you take your own pictures, or you have a resident photographer?
I came to your blog after reading about the Nuffnang event, and meant to just look-see your blog. I end up spending a good 1 hour or so here. Mostly admiring the clear photos, and thinking how much time you put in writing a blog post. Keep it up.
Elaine Pang: Well thank you so much! I take 99.9% of my photos, just using a remote control, and yes, I do A LOT of time writing and editing for this blog.

FF GIRL:
Hear Mum Roar: The shoes are super comfy too – like Campers.
Doriosity: Aren’t they just!
Amanadine: Thank you – I turned out quite well.
Very impressive, such a polished look from the amazing figure of eight hair (tutorial please!), to the shoes.
I love skirts with “tails”. I have a similar one which I made myself.
Wow, those shoes are just so fun!
And the first paragraph of this post is perfect for a fashionista manifesto of some sort.

Those shoes are spectacular! They really are.
And I like the lippy, too – it’s a nice change from red (but the red lippy is still pretty).
Anneliese: Yes, sometimes I prefer a softer look that pink gives – especially when I am in a more ‘Barbie” mood.

Meream: Indeed it is. Feel free to use my quotes anytime… perhaps I may go down in history that way!
Floraposte: The hair is a series of sweeps (often mistaken for victory rolls), but without the colour difference you wouldn’t really see the 8 effect. I can still do a tutorial on it though.
Such a cute look! Right now I’m wearing whatever is clean, and my make up is non exsistant, a snivelly nose is not condusive to a flawless made up face! My nails aren’t suffering too badly though, a lady simply must keep up *some* appearances!
Only you would make me reconsider demin dear! And with a bundle of vintage and second hand shops literally on my doorstep, I predict a lovely twist on my old (and quite tired!) style! Thank you!
You look gorgeous as always!
And those shoes are amazing! ?
the shoes are AWESOME!!!
Oh those shoes are so fun & cute! Good job on the nails!
I love everything here — shoes, nails, hair, skirt, top!
From hair to shoes, everything about this charming outfit is too cute for words! (Love your denim skirt, the back panel detail is such a marvelous touch!)
Big hugs,
<3 Jessica
I love your shoes!!!
