In Australia we don’t really “do” Halloween. But with our T.V channels filled with entertainment from the USA, the girls have well and truly developed an expectation of carved pumpkins on every corner. I had big plans this year and lots of parties to attend, but in the end I opted to help make them some magic at home instead. So we delved into the dress up box and created something for each of us. Yep, that’s right – we can knock together a Halloween outfit with no planning in ten minutes in this family!!
Happy Halloween All!

EPP! You look so adorable!

That is a great costume! The wig is great, but I didn’t know it was you at first!
Woo! Look at the thigh-highs. Very sexy!
Fabulous costume – I’m sure your daughters must feel pretty lucky to be able to get this dressed up in such a short space of time!
Anneliese: I know they were happy last night as I almost gave in and just napped instead, but they had really been looking forward to it.
Wendy B: That’s about the only time you’ll see my thighs in them!
Rosie: Neither did the baby. She was a bit miffed and didn’t want to cuddle me for a while.
Cute costume!
I really like those short, frilly under garment things lol, what are they called and where can i snag myself a pair?
p.s blond hair really suits you mama
Sarah: Those shorts were a definite necessity to be able to face the neighbours! They are sometimes called “bloomers” sometimes called “witches britches” and sometime called “petty pants”; take your pick and google away! Mine are a vintage pair from the 1970′s. And yes, I love this shade of blonde, but when I did dye it, I never could get it this colour.
Fabulous!!! Love the look
)))

Meream: I had Miss Five as a princess/fairy/ queen (?) and Miss Two came as Minnie Mouse,complete with puffy bloomers, sparkly black ears and squeaky shoes! You could hear here coming all the way down the street!
